From the beginning, our dream has been to step out into the world. Our ultimate vision is global, not regional. Initially, we considered entering Central Asia, but after careful analysis of various factors, we decided to start in the Middle East.

The first stop is not our final destination; it is a strategic starting point. We aim to leverage our existing resources and experience to quickly gain market insights, learn, and refine a replicable business model. The Middle East is just the beginning of our practice, the starting point where our dreams meet reality, and the launchpad for honing a scalable business strategy.

A Strong brand platform is the key to long-term, sustainable development. With it, we can infinitely expand our industrial structure and commercial footprint worldwide. Strategically, we must focus deeply on one area initially, particularly in a field that can be monetized quickly and has growth potential. Meanwhile, it's essential to explore other areas in parallel, balancing our main focus with secondary opportunities. Non-core industries should be treated as supportive, not as the focus of our resources.

The purpose of our first step is to bring Reessen's vision and dreams to life, leveraging our collective wisdom to continuously optimize and create a replicable business model. Although the Middle East faces challenges from geopolitical disruptions and cultural restrictions, our commercial choices require us to take a comprehensive view.

We must assess geopolitical factors, national policies, economic foundations, population density, overall business costs (labor wages, consumption levels, living costs, etc.), regional development strategies, and the current state of industry resources. All strategic decisions must start with the market and the corresponding consumer groups, designing and creating our business plans accordingly. I believe that Reessen’s company positioning and development in this era require a very clear plan, and we must work together to fully realize our dream blueprint.
