In the pursuit of goals and development, Reessen has chosen to empower LED displays as the first step in its global venture. Through empowering the LED display industry, we not only perfect the platform but also find a clear development path, laying the foundation for future expansion.

How Reessen Achieves Its Goals Through Empowering LED Displays

Reessen plans to achieve the goal of helping Chinese enterprises successfully go global by forming a strategic partnership with Enbon Group, investing funds, and improving the platform's organizational capabilities. The specific cooperation includes:

1. Signing a Cooperation Framework: Reessen will sign a cooperation agreement with Enbon Group. The values of both parties will complement each other, ultimately improving the platform's self-sustaining capability.
2. Transferring the Middle East Team: Once the platform becomes self-sufficient through the LED display industry, Enbon Group will transfer the Middle East team to Reessen at a price consistent with actual salary standards, without any premium.
3. Profit Sharing in the Middle East Market: Enbon Group promises to allocate 30% of the profits from the Middle East market sales as a return on investment for the Reessen platform, based on actual financial reports.
4. Investment Return Guarantee: Enbon Group provides a risk guarantee for Reessen's investment. If the platform investment does not generate a reasonable return within 1-2 years, it will repay the principal and interest at no less than the bank loan rate.

Investment and Infrastructure Ownership

All infrastructure investments made by Reessen (as shown in Figure 6) are owned by Reessen, and all generated income belongs to Reessen. Enbon Group does not participate in the distribution.
